Technical notes
The 210-2529 is the exhaust valve in the 3500-series cylinder head valve train, fitting 3508, 3512 and 3516 engines including the 3512B marine configuration. Distributor data lists a 2.205 in head diameter, a 0.3717 in stem diameter and a 45-degree valve face. It supersedes the earlier 121-9835 part number. As an exhaust valve it runs the high-temperature side of the combustion chamber, so it is typically replaced as a complete set during head overhaul alongside intake valves (210-2542 / 7E4609 on the 3500 series), guides, seats and keepers. This valve serves diesel 3500-series engines and should not be confused with spark-ignited G3500 gas-engine valve sets.
